I guess it's still early, but I wonder what sales job they'll use next offseason to explain why they didn't acquire a stud starter or hitter.

Will they reuse the every other year, "well, (pick a guy or 2 who had a down year) will bounce back and we'll be saved by our vaunted pen?"
